Refund policy

Request a return by emailing olivia@missioncicada.com within 30 days of delivery. Mail your return within 14 days after approval. We’ll provide instructions when your request is approved.

For fit or change-of-mind returns, items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original condition, with tags attached if supplied. Customers purchase a tracked return shipping label. There is no restocking fee. Original shipping charges are not refunded. If your order qualified for free shipping, we will not deduct a retroactive shipping charge.

For damaged, defective or incorrect items, contact olivia@missioncicada.com. CICADA covers return postage and offers a replacement or refund. The condition and tag requirements for change-of-mind returns do not apply to these remedies.

Exchanges are handled as a return and a new purchase, subject to availability and normal shipping charges.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within five business days after receiving and inspecting the return. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time.
